Our Policies
A $20 deposit holds your spot and goes towards your total. Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just give us a call in advance and your deposit can be moved to a new date. Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment and/or failure to show to your appointment will forfeit the deposit. Appointments may be cancelled up to 4 hours in advance at no charge.
Cancellations
Late arrivals will result in reduced time seeing your little one. Clients are considered a no-show if more than 10 minutes late without notice and will be charged $20 deposit. We understand that life happens, so give us a call and we will be happy to work with you for a re-schedule.
Late Arrival / No-Shows
Occasionally, our little ones just don’t want to cooperate making it difficult to get a quality image. We will do everything we can to get a great image, but due to the unpredictable nature of fetal ultrasounds there are no refunds for services rendered. However, we are more than happy to re-schedule and try again within 2 weeks if needed at no charge.
